Train, fine-tune, and serve models that make qlaud cheaper and faster than calling providers directly.
What you’ll do
- Own the lifecycle of small specialized models (semantic search, intent classification, content moderation).
- Build the training data pipelines that turn live traffic into supervised signal — privacy-respecting by default.
- Get the cost / latency / quality trade-off curve from "good" to "obviously the best choice."
What we look for
- Shipped at least one model into production traffic — you know what breaks at scale.
- Strong intuition for distillation, quantization, and the parts of the stack that actually matter for latency.
- You can read a paper and decide in 20 minutes whether it’s worth implementing.
Process
