Push the frontier of routing, evaluation, and agent infrastructure. Ship research that turns into production.
What you’ll do
- Design experiments to improve qlaud’s router selection (latency, cost, quality) across 14+ providers.
- Build evaluation harnesses that catch regressions before they hit production traffic.
- Translate research wins into shipped product within weeks, not quarters.
What we look for
- Strong fundamentals in ML evaluation, sampling, and statistical analysis.
- You write production-quality code — research that can’t ship is research that didn’t happen.
- Comfort owning a hypothesis end-to-end: design, run, ship, measure.
Bonus points
- Published work on routing, multi-armed bandits, or LLM evaluation.
- Experience with Cloudflare Workers / edge runtimes.
